Frequency Specific Medicine

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”

— Nikola Tesla

Frequency-Specific Microcurrent (FSM)

FSM uses gentle, low-level currents at specific frequencies to support tissue repair, help calm inflammation, and modulate pain signals. Research and clinical reports suggest potential, adjunctive benefits across multiple systems of the body.

How the Process Works
  1. Consult & Assessment — We review your concerns, health history, current medications, and goals. We identify whether FSM may be an appropriate (adjunctive) option as part of your plan.
  2. Personalized Protocol — Based on your presentation, specific frequency pairs (target tissue + target process) are selected. Settings are adjusted for comfort and clinical goals.
  3. Session Setup — Two moist towels or adhesive pads are placed to create a gentle current path across the area of focus. You’re seated or lying comfortably.
  4. During Your Session — Most people feel minimal sensation (sometimes a soft warmth or gentle pulsing). You can read, relax, or listen to music. Typical sessions run ~30–60 minutes.
  5. Aftercare — Hydration is encouraged. You may feel looser, lighter, or temporarily fatigued as tissues settle. We review any home care, movement, or pacing recommendations.
  6. Number of Sessions — Acute issues may respond in fewer visits; long-standing or complex concerns usually require a series. We reassess progress and adapt frequency sets over time.
  7. Safety & Considerations — FSM is generally well-tolerated. It is not used directly over implanted electrical devices (e.g., certain pacemakers), over an active DVT, or on areas with broken skin unless specifically indicated and protected. Pregnancy and seizure history are discussed case-by-case.

*FSM is complementary and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Individual responses vary.

Frequency-Specific Microcurrent (FSM)

FSM has been found to help with the following conditions. Research and clinical reports suggest potential, adjunctive benefits across multiple systems of the body.

  • Myofascial pain and trigger points
  • Fibromyalgia (particularly after spinal trauma)
  • Chronic low back pain
  • Joint and muscle pain (including tendinopathy, bursitis)
  • Scar tissue and adhesion remodeling
  • Sports injuries and muscle strains
  • Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS)
2 Neurological & Nerve Health
  • Neuropathic pain (acute and chronic)
  • Nerve trauma and nerve adhesions
  • Concussion and traumatic brain injury (adjunctive)
  • Post-stroke and neurological recovery support
  • Headache and migraine (reported)
  • PTSD and stress regulation (reported)
3 Inflammatory & Immune
  • Soft-tissue inflammation
  • Generalized inflammation modulation
  • Fibromyalgia with inflammatory component
  • Autoimmune-related pain and fatigue (adjunctive)
