Required Blood Work Before IV Therapy

Recent blood work (within the last 6 weeks) is required prior to starting IV therapy to ensure safety and determine the most appropriate treatment plan. If your MD is unable to requisition the blood work we can requisition it for you at an expense once you are an active patient of the clinic

📌 If your physician is unable to requisition these tests, our clinic can provide a requisition. The laboratory fees are paid directly by the patient.
