LifeLabs Bloodwork Report

STEP 1

Log into your MyCareCompass account. Go to: www.lifelabs.com/see-my-results

STEP 2

Click on the "Reports" tab

STEP 3

Select your report and click “Download PDF”. Make sure you select the Summary Report, not the detailed report.

Log In or Register on the DynaCare website or app

STEP 2

Tap on "Lab Results"

STEP 3

Tap to View and Download Summary report. Make sure you select the Summary Report, not the detailed report.
